Our focus is to look back and take influence from local native produce used by our ancestors. Creating dishes that complement the Wonnarua region.
We have designed a menu to be shared amongst family and friends, just as our ancestors have always done. Paying homage to both our indigenous and current multicultural nation.
We can cater for most dietary requirements, with a particular talent for vegan dishes.
Restaurant Kawul is the on-site caterer for Calais Estate which hosts a variety of function areas across the property. We can also offer off-site catering.
